Shipping options, destination availability, and charges appear at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional shipping offers apply only when their stated conditions are met. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate; selecting a faster carrier service does not by itself speed up order preparation.

We send shipment confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a particular service expressly states otherwise.

Any dispatch estimate shown when you order applies to that order. If we cannot ship within the promised period, or within 30 days when no shipping period is stated, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation option, and prompt refund required by applicable law. We will obtain your consent to a delay when required.

Check your delivery address before payment. If something needs changing, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee edits once fulfillment begins. For parcels returned because of an incorrect address or refusal, we will explain any actual reshipping costs before arranging another shipment. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

Delivery issues & fragrance restrictions

If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact our team promptly with the order number. Check the delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier scan alone does not waive your rights.

Alcohol-based fragrances may require ground transport, special packaging, or destination restrictions. Do not mail a fragrance return until we confirm the appropriate route and instructions.

Where international shipping is offered, customs clearance can add time. Unless checkout states that duties and import taxes are included, you may need to pay charges assessed by your destination country. Contact us before ordering if the total import cost is unclear. We do not alter customs values or describe commercial purchases as gifts.
